So excited for my reports

Good detail, slow support
I ordered the DNA Kit Bundle which included the Ancestry + Health kit and a few other reports like the Weight Loss DNA Report. Ordering was straightforward on the website. The kit arrived in about 5 business days. Registering the kit was easy, and I sent my sample back right away. Results for the Ancestry and Health sections came back in just under a month, which was decent. The reports themselves were quite detailed and I found the breakdown of genetic predispositions interesting. However, I had a question about one of my food sensitivities and tried contacting support. It took them almost a week to get back to me, which felt a bit long. Otherwise, I'm satisfied with the genetic information I received.
